Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including collections.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements daily.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Handle vendor correspondence via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
- Prepare checks and coordinate bank deposits.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and TOAST POS
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
