THE ROLEAs a Quantitative Analyst at Virtu, you will be working on interdisciplinary teams alongside traders, quants and seasoned software engineers. Collaborate with Traders, Quantitative Researchers and Business DevelopmentDeveloping monitoring tools and using tools to ensure optimal trading behaviorPost trade analysis to optimizing bilateral trading relationships and trading on ATSsCommunicate with clients as necessaryTHE CANDIDATEDegree in Science, Math, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fieldHistory of diverse, challenging, and interesting coursework paired with a strong GPAExceptional quantitative, mathematical, and problem-solving skillsGreat communication skills and the ability to collaborate with peersProgramming skills. Python with familiarity with Pandas and SQL.
