About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DMO in the Main Pit/Buffet department.
- Full-time position available
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check and drug test required
- Covid-19 vaccination mandatory
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clean and sanitized food preparation and service items to guests and employees in a timely manner.
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items according to departmental policies and procedures
- Properly store and stock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware from dish machine
- Maintain proper temperatures and chemicals while running the dish machine
- Stock serving stations with plates and utensils
- Properly clean and sanitize work area during and after shift
- Remove garbage and clean garbage cans as needed
- Sweep and mop floors and coolers as directed by supervisor
- Remove cardboard as needed from kitchen area
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not essential
