Experience
5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in entertainment, media, or a creative industry. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations and media strategies to enhance Nzinga Group’s brand presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Oversee press releases, media kits, and company statements to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align PR efforts with company campaigns.
- Organize press conferences, interviews, and public appearances for executives and talent.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead internal communications to align employees with company values and objectives.
- Represent Nzinga Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Supervise PR team members and external agencies to ensure effective execution of PR initiatives.
