Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for billing attorneys and clients
- Manage and execute the monthly pro forma process
- Perform selections and attorney edits on pro formas
- Review pro formas for compliance with client billing guidelines
- Finalize billing and submit invoices through electronic billing platforms
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of billing experience (law firm experience preferred)
- Knowledge of electronic billing websites and client-specific billing software
- Proficiency in Elite Billing Software, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with attorneys and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong initiative and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
