Requirements :
Experience as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, or Commercial projects.
Understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities :
Implement Standard Operating Procedures for adherence to quality and safety.
Oversee daily job site activities, managing teams according to project plans.
Provide feedback and mentorship to support team performance.
Communicate regularly with the Project Management team.
Address challenges collaboratively and promptly.
Leadership :
Encourage team goal achievement.
Mentor and connect with field and office teams.
Support continuous education and learning.
Scheduling :
Use MS Project to create and implement the Project Baseline Schedule.
Update the MS Project Schedule regularly and review with the team.
Provide weekly updates for a three-week look-ahead schedule.
Quality Management :
Establish project benchmarks and integrate them into the baseline schedule.
Implement the Clients QAQC SOP to maintain quality standards.
Monitor subcontractor performance for quality compliance.
Safety :
Schedule safety pre-construction meetings for subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety plans.
Review the project site regularly to ensure safety protocol adherence.
