Vaco has partnered with a Construction Company and they have an opening for a Senior Project Accountant who will be ultimately responsible for the accurate monthly costing and accounting of project related financial data. Ideal candidate with have experience with cost reporting and analysis (ACR’s) and requestions. Client is offering healthy benefits.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Cost Accounting
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the costs associated with a capital project to ensure that the project stays within the approved budget
- Job Cost reports
- Anticipated cost Report (ACR) processing
- Review JD Edwards Contract Billing Proof Report.
- Project Status Report (PSR)
- Forecasting
- AR cash processing
- Contract processing
- Documentation
- Disbursements
