Job Summary:

Virtual Tech Gurus (VTG), a leading Hybrid Cloud System Integrator, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Channel Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Channel Manager at VTG, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with channel companies, driving revenue growth, and positioning VTG as a preferred Hybrid Cloud System Integrator. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in channel management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of building successful partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration as a Hybrid Cloud System Integrator.
  2. Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners aligned with VTG's target market and service offerings.
  3. Build and foster strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership-related activities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to develop joint business plans and enablement programs for channel partners.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any concerns.
  6. Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure effective promotion and sales of VTG's Hybrid Cloud System Integration services.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging partnership opportunities and stay at the forefront of the market.
  8. Drive collaborative marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and demand generation activities with channel partners to enhance VTG's brand visibility and market position.
  9. Establish and track key performance metrics related to channel partnerships, including revenue growth, pipeline development, and partner satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends related to Hybrid Cloud System Integration.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Selling infrastructure and Cloud Services to large Channel companies
  2. Proven track record of successful channel management within the IT services industry, with a focus on Hybrid Cloud System Integration.
  3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of hybrid cloud solutions, migration, optimization, and managed services.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive mutually beneficial agreements with channel partners.
  6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering high-quality results.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  8. Deep understanding of the enterprise market, including familiarity with large enterprise customers and their buying processes.
  9. Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
