Vaco is hiring a Client Service Rep located in West Palm Beach.
Hours are Flex - 7AM-6 : 30PM (8 / hour day) – depends on assigned region
Hybrid Customer Service 80% and Sales 20% role
Servicing existing accounts
Base plus bonus offered
This role is relationship based and not transaction based. The role will be from cradle to grave with each client and candidate needs the ability to maintain and cultivate the relationship
Overview
Call on current clients / business
Handle client calls, questions and concerns
Source leads and cold call new clients / businesses
Strong follow up to clients on product needs
Cultivate long-lasting client relationships
Answer any product details; concerns; overcoming objectives
Achieve goals monthly and yearly
Cross-sell products when applicable
Ensure high level of customer service
Remain knowledgeable of products and classes offered
Go the extra mile” to drive sales and exceptional service
Skills :
Responsible; respectful; and resourceful employee
Able to multi-task; yet focus on the task-at-hand with great detail and accuracy
Strong command of the English language; both verbal and written
