Overview :
Our client in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Controller to join their team on a contract basis. This role is designed to provide financial leadership. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with a solid background in accounting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Month-End Closing : Oversee and review the month-end closing process with support from the Senior Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant.
- Financial Review : Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements.
- Business Unit Coordination : Collaborate with Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, and Accounting units.
- Year-End Support : Provide essential support for the year-end audit process.
- Cash Flow Management : Understand and assist with cash flow management.
- Manufacturing / Inventory Experience : While not required, experience in manufacturing / inventory accounting is highly desired.
