Job Specifications :
- Providing day to day functional and technical support to customers
- Responding to billing questions and escalations
- Answering customer inquires on social media
- Inbound / outbound chat, email, and calls to assist with account management
- Over 3 plus year of Technical / Customer support experience required
- AA Degree or Bachelors Degree required
- Experience working in the automotive / electrical vehicle experience highly preferred
Salary : $25 - $30
