Title : Director of Analytics
Employment Type : Perm / FTE / Direct Hire
Location : Strong Preference for Nashville, TN, but will consider Remote for the right candidates
Compensation : 130k Base Salary
Reason for Opening : This is a Net new role for the company. Need someone to lead centralization of analytics function, currently be restructured to eliminate silos and duplicative reporting efforts.

2 Developers (focus on development and maintenance of tools like PowerBI
Job Description :
Blend of analytics expertise and financial knowledge, this is definitely an IT position but Financial background or understanding is super helpful
Capable of managing and manipulating data, delivering insights, and ensuring data accuracy.
Strong understanding of operational needs, particularly for clinical settings (e.g., 1200 clinics across the U.S.).
Must-Have :
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (critical deal-breaker skill).
- Ability to build strong data visualizations and deliver actionable insights from analysis.
- Financial acumen, including creating and analyzing P&Ls, margins, and operational metrics.
- Bachelor degree is required.
