Vaco is staffing for Engagement & Data Specialist role to sit remote or in Miami, FL.
You are supporting the department and its relatable entities in data and admin support , using strong computer / data skills, entering, analyzing, proofing , exporting and cross referencing reports and information as well as interacting with other entities within the organization. Overall objective is reaching out to volunteers and youth, checking their engagement status, and updating our records to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities :
- Review the current list to identify inactive or unresponsive participants.
- Develop a structured call script and engagement tracking template.
- Conduct direct phone outreach to all contacts
- Verify engagement status, availability, and interest in remaining active.
- Accurately document responses in the system.
- Remove inactive or unresponsive volunteers and youth from the active list.
- Update contact information and engagement notes in Matchforce.
- Flag individuals needing follow-up or re-engagement efforts.
- Provide a summary report of outreach results, including engagement statuses and recommendations.
- Identify common trends and suggest areas for improvement.
