What You’ll Do :
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming culture.
- Act as a mentor and advisor to employees at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Drive change management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Support a wide range of employees, including caseworkers, nurse practitioners, outreach professionals, and more.
- Manage HR systems, policies, and programs, including ADP and Employee Navigator.
