Temporary HR Manager – Food Manufacturing

Pay : $50-$55 / hr (2-3 Month Temporary Assignment)

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations , including investigations, grievances, and inquiries.
- Oversee and process LOA and FMLA requests.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements .
- Streamline and implement HR processes and procedures .
