About the Role
We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR systems and processes within a dynamic and growing organization. This role will focus on HRIS administration, system support, and process improvements , working closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, responding to user inquiries and resolving system issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Generate and analyze reports and data insights to support HR and payroll operations.
- Document processes, develop user guides, and provide training on HRIS functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements .
