Job Summary

As a Medical Customer Service Representative , you will provide support to patients, doctors, and medical facilities by handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving billing and payment issues, and ensuring exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message for inbound and outbound inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and use available resources to resolve problems.
  • Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Track and document support requests while maintaining accurate records.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Meet performance standards, including quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time.
  • May provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members.
