Vaco LA is working with a client in the Personal Care and Beauty industry who is looking for an Account Specialist / Order processor to help join there team to manage all the order processing. This opportunity is located in El Segundo and will start off fully in the office, but might be able to move to a hybrid scheudle after the first month. This opportunity is looking to pay between $33-$37 on a temp to hire basis.

Job Specifications :
- Managing all order processing coming into the business
- Corresponding to customers via phone and email
- Handling all reconciliation and EDI transmissions
- Over 2 plus years of Order processing experience required for role
- Experience working in the Personal Care / Beauty / Retail space highly preferred
- Experience using NetSuite is a must
- Experience working with EDI is a must
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Detail oriented, organized and deadline driven
Salary : $33 - $37
