What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Specialist position at Virtual?
A growing and stable healthcare research and manufacturing company is URGENTLY looking for a Purchasing Specialist to add to their team. This role is FULLY onsite from 8-4pm – and lunch is provided daily! Looking for candidates with a go getter attitude, able to work with cross functional teams and looking to work with stable company.
This is a temp to hire role - $36-38 / hr
Qualified candidates must have :
- Job stability on resume
- At least two years working in a purchasing department
- ERP system experience, SAP preferred
- Be able to handle high volume of purchase orders, managing purchase orders and reconciliation
- MS Office Suite, intermediate excel
- Track deliveries, confirm receipt and vendor relations
- Cross collaboration with all departments
- Organized, self-manage and able to manage deadlines
