Key Responsibilities :
- Lead projects and manage systems of varying complexity, focusing on IT systems planning, configuration, and optimization.
- Participate in infrastructure planning, architecture design, and engineering efforts.
- Administer Windows server operating systems.
- Oversee virtualization platforms including VMware, ESXi, and vSphere.
- Manage the full suite of Microsoft 365 and Azure products.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco network systems.
- Deploy and maintain workloads in the Azure cloud environment.
- Handle escalation tickets for infrastructure-related issues, including system outages.
- Create and update technical documentation as needed.
- Partner with leadership across business functions to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Stay current with and implement cybersecurity best practices.
