Key Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for technical issues related to telehealth platforms, working with internal teams and external tech partners to resolve problems efficiently.
Collaboration with Tech Partners: Act as the primary liaison between the company and partnered technology companies, ensuring alignment and troubleshooting complex issues.
System Monitoring & Maintenance: Ensure the stability and performance of IT systems, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Implementation Support: Assist with the deployment and integration of new systems or platform enhancements, working closely with the operations and clinical teams.
Telehealth Platform Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues specific to virtual nursing and telehealth systems, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent user experience.
Big Picture Collaboration: Contribute to larger projects involving system upgrades, workflow optimizations, and platform enhancements to support the company's growth.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, data flow, and system performance, making recommendations for enhancements.
Data Integrity & Security: Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain the integrity of sensitive healthcare data.
Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide training to staff on new technology systems and tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Analyst/Support, ideally within a telehealth or healthcare-focused environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues in a fast-paced setting.
Experience collaborating with external tech vendors and partners to solve complex technical problems.
Familiarity with HealthCare focused telehealth platforms, IT infrastructure, and security protocols.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a growing team.
