It includes weekly bookkeeping and reporting tasks such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, System maintenance and monthly financial reports. This job is an important process-driven position with an opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
bookkeeping tasks- AR/AP Rebate Reports Expense Entry and reconciliation administrative support
Qualifications:
We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join a small team of professionals in a growing company! This position has a lot of potential for growth. The ideal candidate is: Minimum of an Associates Degree, College Degree preferred Basic Bookkeeping skills and understanding of general accounting business processes previous accounting experience is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, Outlook, Attention To Detail, Independent, Follow instructions, Problem Solving.
