Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff on the Medical Telemetry unit.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee patient care operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Promote continuous improvement and professional development.
- Active Missouri or Compact RN License (Required)
- 2 years of experience on an acute cardiac care step-down unit (Required)
- 2 years of experience as a Charge RN in an acute care setting (Required)
- ACLS and BLS certifications (Required)
- Leadership experience in a sub-acute setting will NOT be considered
