=� What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and lead quality improvement and standard compliance efforts for Stroke and Heart Failure certifications
- Collect, analyze, and report clinical data to support accreditation and performance outcomes
- Champion hospital-wide compliance with certification standards
- Provide staff education and serve as a subject matter expert on disease-specific care
- Lead accreditation surveys and community outreach related to disease-specific initiatives
- Support onboarding with quality orientation and participate in interdisciplinary rounds
- Facilitate performance improvement teams and help implement patient care enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (NC license or compact state)
- 2-3 years of clinical hospital experience
- Heart Failure Nurse Certification
- Proven leadership in accreditation or quality roles
