Job Description:
- The successful candidate should be able to provide administrative support to work groups in the organization.
- At this level, the worker has developed customer-serviced focused knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
- This level works within established procedures with a moderate degree of oversight and serves in a non-exempt capacity.
- Uses business software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. accurately.
- Receives, screens and directs incoming e-mail. Maintains files and calendars. Responsible for arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, and tracking expenses.
Duties include:
- Coordinating meetings, interviews and testing.
- Securing assistance for interviews and testing.
- Monitoring schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping records for interviews and testing.
- Sending communications to internal/external customers.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
