Configure and customize Passport to meet the specific needs of the organizations legal and operational processes.
Provide training and ongoing support for users within the legal department and other teams using Passport.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Passport, including matter and spend tracking, vendor management, and other related metrics.
Develop and deliver standard and custom reports for legal leadership and other stakeholders to provide insights into matter management, legal spend, and overall legal department performance.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting within Passport.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to legal matter and spend management within Passport.
Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements in matter management, legal spend, and reporting through Passport.
Develop and maintain standardized workflows and best practices for utilizing Passport to streamline legal operations.
Deep expertise in Passport software, including configuration, customization, and integration with other tools.
Strong understanding of legal operations processes, such as matter management, legal spend, and vendor management.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using legal analytics tools.
Solid project management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to solve complex problems independently and collaboratively.
