Conduct, Document and Monitor action items as part of Retrospective
Mentor and Coach team members on the Agile process
Should be providing the key project metrics to Client Management
Define Governance plan and track deliverables.
Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, supporting the team in delivering incremental value.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for sprints.
Assist the team in breaking down complex tasks into manageable user stories.
Monitor sprint progress using Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and address deviations proactively.
Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project progress and impediments.
Provide regular updates on team performance, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive accountability within the team to meet goals and deliver on sprint commitments.
Skills
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Background in software development, testing, or project management.
