ServiceNow (SME) Lead
Job Description
- primarily involved in Solutioning
- Provide help in Presales Support, Solution Design and Architectural design
- Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
- Design end-to-end solutions using the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs while ensuring maximum out of the box solution.
- Develop technical architecture, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.
Create detailed technical documentation outlining design decisions and implementation strategies. - Define and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.
- Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Design data models and manage data sources within the ServiceNow CMDB and other base tables
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices for the Service Now industry solution.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Certified CSA, CAD, ITSM Any 2 CIS certification - preferred
