Position: ServiceNow Architect - App Engine Platform
Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid)
Hiring: Fulltime with Hexaware Technologies
Note: We need candidates to onsite for 2-3 days in a week. For App Engine Architect, they need to have custom app dev as their primary skillset.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the management and development of our App Engine platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture and a passion for developing innovative low-code/no-code (LCNC) applications. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow App Engine platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient LCNC applications using ServiceNow.
- Development & Implementation: Lead the development and deployment of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and platforms to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs, processes, and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Overall 15 years of experience and minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine and LCNC application development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide with senior IT and business leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
