We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an Agile Product Owner for Visa AR Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering Visa’s AR Manager, a cutting-edge virtual card automation solution designed to minimize friction in the supplier’s virtual card acceptance process. Reporting to the Director of Product Development for B2B Acceptance, you will lead two scrum teams to bring this vision to life.

Essential Functions
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, business teams, and development teams.
- Gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for both backend payment processing and frontend UI features.
- Ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.
- Lead and collaborate with two scrum teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members to ensure a cohesive development process.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to help define the sprint goals and backlog items.
- Review and approve completed work during sprint review meetings, providing constructive feedback.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features and priorities.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure that the product meets high-quality standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, requirements, and user stories.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on product progress and performance.
- Champion Agile methodologies and best practices within the teams.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase team efficiency.
Qualifications

- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
