Job Overview
We are seeking a PART TIME detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Duties
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Prepare and process payroll in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and insights.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reviews.
- Support month-end closing processes by preparing necessary reports and entries.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support as needed.
Experience
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks , is required.
- Experience with double entry bookkeeping practices is essential.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools for budgeting and account management is preferred.
- Previous experience in payroll processing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes is highly desirable.
