The Senior Director, Strategic Account Management is a key leader and trusted advisor, responsible for developing and executing strategies for complex accounts. This role focuses on building trust-based relationships with C-suite executives, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Director offers valuable insights and aligns innovative solutions with the client’s vision and strategic goals, ensuring the implementation of services that drive optimal results.
Partnership Execution
- Provide vision, direction, and strategy to guide teams to successfully execute on partnerships.
- Strategically direct the timely submission of data and information requests to clients, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Set expectations for internal team meetings, determining their frequency and purpose to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
- Define the cadence and structure of client meetings to foster strong partnerships and achieve engagement objectives.
- Ensure teams consistently address client requests and follow-ups promptly, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Oversee the creation of client-facing deliverables, providing strategic guidance to ensure they are of high quality and impactful.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, propose alternate strategies, and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Monitor and track performance metrics for client engagements, ensuring alignment with project budgets and goals.
- Respond to financial performance trends and performance monitoring insights by collaborating with client executives to adjust strategies as needed.
- Communicate financial and performance outcomes to client executives, providing actionable recommendations to drive improvements and ensure success.

Requirements : Education
Required : Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy.
Preferred : Master's Degree. Successful completion of an ASHP Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency program
Experience
Required : 5 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience in strategic or operational roles
Preferred : Experience as a healthcare executive or in healthcare consulting
