The Low Voltage Project Manager executes the Low-Voltage scopes of a project to include
Cabling, Security Systems, CCTV, IP cameras, VMS, Access control, Intercom, etc. The Low
Voltage Project Manager will lead teams of technicians/subcontractors and will work with clients
and company management to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and
according to specifications/plans.
The Low Voltage Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction/relations
? Establishes schedules based on project scope and assigns labor to accomplish objectives.
? Coordinate with General Contractors/Owners/Trades on various logistical items needed to
accomplish the scopes of work under contract.
? Follows and ensures compliance with internal process such as Change Order management,
billing cycles, and close out documentation.
? Attend jobsite meetings
? Attend Pre-Construction Meetings
? Ensures that quality standards are maintained for all projects
? Provides customer satisfaction by resolving any concerns or problems and communicates
progress to all necessary parties
? Maintains accurate status reports and project reviews
? Responsible for closeout and warranty completion
? Manages subcontractors and other project resources including
? Manages multiple projects at once
? Display organizational and time management skills with an ability to establish priorities and
proceed with objectives with little supervision
? Understanding of installation standards relative to the Security industry
? Understanding of job safety practices and ensure installation team is adhering to job safety
practices
? Technical background in Cabling, CCTV, access control . intercoms , VoIP systems
? Provide accurate information to Estimator for any added scope to be priced.
? Meet internal deadlines needed to process payroll, review/approve time cards
? Order project material and coordinate with field technician personnel for timely delivery.
Starting salary $65-$75k with benefits: health insurance, PTO, 401K
