We’re looking for a Graphic Designer Team Lead to join our team and help guide the next wave of design excellence! In this role, you’ll lead a talented design team, inspire creativity, and oversee the creation of impactful designs that drive success for our healthcare communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a dynamic design team, providing creative direction and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design projects.
- Design Excellence: Lead the design and creation of patient communication boards (VisiCare™) using hospital brand guidelines, focusing on typography, layout, and continuity.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas while staying on-brand and maintaining high creative standards.
- Project Management: Own the design workflow—prioritize tasks, manage productivity and deadlines, and ensure seamless execution from concept through to final proofing and production collaboration.
- Client & Team Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients and team members, providing updates and gathering feedback to perfect designs.
- Business Growth: Contribute to business development efforts by applying your design expertise to creative marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital marketing initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert in Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Mac), with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Design Mastery: Deep expertise in corporate branding, typography, color theory, layout design, and vector image creation.
- Project & Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively, fostering creativity, growth, and collaboration.
- Excellent Communicator: Capable of delivering clear, concise communication via phone, email, Zoom, and Teams, ensuring smooth interactions with clients and team members.
- Digital & Social Media Expertise: Experience with design for digital communication, social media marketing, and video graphics creation.
- Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly and efficiently.
Desirable Experience:
- Leadership in Design: Experience in a leadership or team lead role, guiding teams through the creative process and delivering on strategic objectives.
- Creative Marketing & SEO: Familiarity with creative marketing, email campaigns, social media content, SEO, and digital tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, and content technologies like Midjourney, Jasper and Surfer.
- Project Management: Hands-on experience with Asana, or other project management systems, to ensure smooth project flow and team collaboration, and also CRM software use related to order details and final design uploads.
