Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about services, scheduling, and general company policies
- Assist clients with booking appointments and following up on project timelines
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, scheduling, admin) to ensure smooth communication
- Help resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate team members
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
