Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Miami. The Customer Service Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Assist customers in navigating our photography services and provide product information.
- Handle client bookings and coordinate schedules for photography sessions.
- Resolve customer issues by providing prompt and effective solutions while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Support the marketing team by promoting our services through social media and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, such as MS Office.
