JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an outgoing and driven Networker to join our roofing sales team. The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, insurance agents, property managers, and other industry professionals. This position plays a critical role in driving lead generation and expanding our client base through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
THE BIG IDEA…
Relationship Building
- Identify and connect with realtors, insurance agencies, property managers, and other relevant professionals to establish long-term referral partnerships.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to represent the company and expand your professional network.
Lead Generation
- Develop a pipeline of potential leads through referrals from established relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with referral partners to nurture relationships and ensure the company is top-of-mind for roofing needs.
Brand Representation
- Act as an ambassador of the company, communicating its values, services, and reputation for quality roofing solutions.
- Deliver presentations or host informational sessions for referral partners to educate them about the benefits of working with the company.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align networking efforts with company goals.
- Provide feedback and insights from referral partners to help refine the company’s service offerings and outreach strategies.
Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of referral contacts, interactions, and resulting leads.
- Report on networking activities and their impact on lead generation to management.
WHO YOU ARE…
- Proven experience in sales, business development or networking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with referral partners and attend networking events.
