Responsibilities :
- Conduct consultative interviews to determine customer financing needs and payment options
- Work closely with customers to present financing and insurance options that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and insurance providers.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding financing and insurance.
- Analyze and report on F&I performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for financing and insurance transactions.
- Collaborate with sales managers to enhance the customer experience and increase profitability.
