your primary responsibility will be to find and connect potential clients to our mental health services. You will work closely with the clinic’s leadership and therapy staff to identify individuals who may benefit from our programs, ensuring they are enrolled and receiving the support they need. Your compensation will be performance-based, with rewards directly tied to the number of successful client enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach strategies, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, online research, and collaborating with community organizations.
- Assess client needs and ensure they align with our clinic’s offerings, helping them understand how our services can best meet their mental health needs.
- Provide information and resources about our services, including eligibility requirements (e.g., Medicaid, therapy sessions).
- Guide prospective clients through the intake process, assisting them with paperwork and facilitating their enrollment into appropriate programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources to create a consistent stream of clients.
- Track and report client referrals, following up regularly to ensure they attend scheduled therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s leadership team to ensure client needs are being met and that services are being delivered effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development, preferably within the mental health or healthcare field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and mental health services is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals seeking mental health support.
Compensation: This position is commission-based, offering compensation based on the number of successful client enrollments. The more clients you bring in, the more you earn. Additional performance bonuses may apply.
