Position --- SCC Soft Analyst

Location --- Remote (need to go once in a month at the client Sites, exp. Paid by the client)

Duration --- 12 Months

Client won't be able to sponsor any visa

Job Summary:

We are seeking two experienced SCC Soft Analysts to join a long-term project with a prominent healthcare client. This is a 2-year engagement focused on supporting and optimizing various SCC Soft modules. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with SoftLab, SoftBank/SoftDonor, SoftAR, and/or SoftGenetics.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge laboratory information systems in a collaborative healthcare IT environment. Occasional on-site travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with laboratory and IT staff to support SCC Soft system implementations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues within supported SCC Soft modules.
• Translate clinical workflows into system configurations that align with organizational goals.
• Assist in data migration, testing, validation, and documentation of changes.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including lab operations, informatics, and system vendors.
• Participate in project meetings, status reporting, and issue resolution.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SCC Soft clinical laboratory software.
• Proficiency of the following modules:
  • SoftLab
  • SoftBank/SoftDonor
  • SoftAR
  • SoftGenetics
• Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and systems integration.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve LIS-related issues.
• Experience with system testing, validation, and user training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with full system implementations or upgrades.
• Familiarity with HL7 messaging and interface troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Additional Information:

• This position requires occasional travel to client sites as needed.
