Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, hybrid role-33% office, 33% field, and 33% home. You'll primarily be working across the West Georgia and metro-Atlanta area. Enjoy the best of both worlds with this dynamic and flexible role!
Your Role: As a hybrid Senior Property Supervisor at Vision Realty & Management, your day will never be the same! You'll start by overseeing property accounts and ensuring everything runs smoothly. From leasing and renewals to resolving tenant concerns, you'll be the go-to person for property owners and residents alike. You'll take charge of maintaining strong relationships, ensuring timely rent collection, and making sure maintenance needs are addressed promptly. A key part of your role will be leading and motivating remote teams while working closely with the business development manager to onboard new clients. Your work is dynamic-whether you're in the office, on-site with properties, or working remotely-you'll always be pushing for excellence in everything you do.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in property management and real estate
- Real estate license in good standing
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Experience managing remote teams (especially overseas)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations
Preferred:
- College or competitive athletics experience
