- This role will report to the CEO and Board of Directors and lead a team of four. He/she will serve as a key financial business partner to the CEO/COO.
- The incoming CFO will elevate the finance function by streamlining processes, improving the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and delivering actionable insights that enhance profitability, optimize resource allocation, and support sustainable business growth.
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance leader with recent experience in multi-location hospitality, restaurant or retail environments. Candidates should be strategic yet tactical and have the ability to operate successfully within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced medium-sized business.
