A global, private equity-backed, expanding and acquisitive manufacturer, generating top-line revenue in excess of $500M, is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). The company is headquartered in the Central Connecticut area. This newly created role offers a flexible hybrid work environment and will be directly reporting to the CFO, playing a pivotal role in sharpening and enhancing the company's financial planning & analysis capabilities. The FP&A manager will also play a crucial role in providing analytical support to ongoing M&A activity, including financial modeling.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Create and manage comprehensive P&L models to aid in management decision-making.
· Develop and analyze KPI’s and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, including materials for the board.
· Provide insight into operational efficiency. Monitor production costs and make pricing recommendations.
· Support the development and evolution of financial planning and business intelligence platforms enabling more impactful reporting and analysis across the organization, including tracking team specific and company-wide trends.
· Support acquisition activity and integration processes. Identify and realize efficiencies.
