Vision Soccer Training | Futsal Factory operates a diverse range of youth soccer and futsal programs in the Greater Sacramento area.
Who we are:
We are dedicated to providing high quality, soccer and futsal sessions that are fun, engaging, challenging and focused on embracing and nurturing every child's desire to play the game. We are seeking an energetic, organized, people-person to fill our Program Coordinator role.
This is a part-time, remote position with PTO and employer contribution towards health insurance premiums. This position will begin at 25 hours per week, with working hours running from 9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
As our Program Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our business communications and operations, overseeing a team of coaching staff and responsible for daily communication with our participant families and organizational partners. Your role is crucial in fostering a supportive and enriching environment where participants and families feel valued and excited to participate in our programs.

Main Responsibilities -Program Planning -
- Assist with the creation of our annual program schedule
- Oversee the scheduling and organization of all approved programming.
- Coordinate / communicate with internal and external partners for program implementation and facility coordination
- Oversee staff scheduling
- Maintain detailed records among varied platforms.
Communications -
- Receive and respond in a timely manner to all program related communications, including phone calls, emails, texts, etc.
- Promote awareness of available program options.
- Manage and schedule all program communications.
- Market and promote programs through online sources and in-person events.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers.
Facilities -
- Work with school’s, cities, and private parties to coordinate facility use.
- Oversee facility reservations, including proposals, contracts, insurance submittals and invoicing.
- Ensure facility use modifications are communicated to facility partners.
- Maintain detailed records.
Partner Coordination -
- Liaise with all partner organizations (schools, cities, park and recreation districts, and soccer clubs) to maintain, modify and grow current programs, including quarterly program proposals, and monitoring registration setup and coordination among different platforms and organizations.
Registrations -
- Use online registration portals to create program registration forms.
- Independently monitor registrations, recommend and implement program modifications as needed.
- Identify and implement solutions to potential program issues.
- Promote awareness of available program options.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant work experience could be substituted.
Work Experience:
- 1 years’ experience working in a program coordination or administrative role (preferred).
- 1 years’ experience working directly with customers required.
- Experience with youth soccer / sports is preferred, but not required.
Working Environment:
- Standard office work including regular travel to employer sites.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must pass LiveScan background check
- Must clear TB test
- Must complete Mandated Reporter Training within 30 days of employment.
