Nilsen Eye Care (NEC) is a fast-growing, two-location private Optometry practice, with over 25 years of service in the Richmond area. With the motto of "See the Difference Caring Makes", we are dedicated to caring for the overall health of our patients through comprehensive vision and preventative medical eye care. We want every patient to achieve their best visual outcome and to trust us to do a great deal more than just provide the best contact lenses and eyewear. The Front Desk Ambassador provides patients with a positive first impression. The Ambassador displays exceptional customer service while engaging with patients on a day-to-day basis and is knowledgeable in all areas of the practice. The front desk is the communications hub of the office, ensuring staff and patient arrivals and needs are communicated in a timely manner. The Ambassador is knowledgeable of vision and medical insurance and handles all paperwork and computer input for new patients and returning patients. The Front Desk Ambassador makes sure each patient has an exceptional experience and promotes an environment where every patient will truly "See the Difference Caring Makes."
