- Supervise front desk staff, including training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for patients, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations to optimize office efficiency.
- Oversee insurance verification, billing processes, and patient payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to front desk operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including optical, clinical, and administrative teams, to improve patient flow and office efficiency.
- Train and support staff in understanding policies, procedures, and office technology.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, front desk equipment, and cleanliness of the reception area.
