```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring a positive experience for our guests and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

```Duties```

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently

- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role

- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism

- Knowledge of phone systems and customer service best practices

- Previous experience as a personal assistant, medical receptionist, or in order entry is a plus
