Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.
- Provide administrative support including filing, correspondence, and office management duties.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficient in using office software including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience with project coordination is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of phone systems and administrative best practices is desirable.
