Salary Range: Around $60,000 per year monthly health stipend, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Unlimited paid time off available.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Performance Enhancement:
- Develop marketing strategies that directly contribute to increased profitability and client retention.
- Analyze performance data rigorously to continually refine and optimize marketing efforts.
- Advocate for and integrate advanced AI tools to enhance the precision and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Client Onboarding & Project Oversight:
- Ensure a seamless integration of new clients by overseeing a meticulous and welcoming onboarding process.
- Implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to streamline project management and elevate operational performance.
- Maintain vigilant oversight over all marketing projects to ensure flawless execution and attention to detail.
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement robust SEO strategies (organic and paid) that drive traffic, conversions, and measurable results.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of blog content and website pages, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, demographic targeting, and performance optimization.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithms, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Long-Form Technical/SEO Content Writing
- Research and write long-form technical content that aligns with SEO goals and client objectives.
- Create in-depth blog posts, white papers, and website content tailored to specific industries and audiences.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with brand voice.
- Use data and analytics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
- Serve as a role model for high standards and proactive problem-solving within the marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Offer guidance on new technologies and marketing best practices, focusing on operational excellence rather than formal mentorship.
