Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of desktop devices, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
- Utilize ServiceNow to track and manage inventory processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of desktop-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.
- Previous experience in inventory operations or IT asset management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of diligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
